(CMS) published in the Federal Register [74 Fed. Reg. 69502- 69676]
a notice
listing the technical corrections to the calendar year (CY) 2010
Hospital Outpatient PPS final rule.
On Nov. 20, 2009, CMS published the calendar year (CY) 2010 Medicare
outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS) final
rule in the Federal Register. More>>
On August 31, 2009, the AAMC submitted a comment
letter on the CY 2010 Medicare hospital outpatient prospective
payment system (OPPS) proposed rule.
The AAMC has prepared a summary
and analysis of the proposed rule.
