Travel Information

All AAMC sponsored sessions will be held at the Hynes Convention Center, Marriott Copley Place, and Sheraton Boston. The three facilities are connected by indoor skywalks, and are within a 10 minute walk of one another.

Reservations

All reservations must be made through the housing service. The hotels will not accept any reservations directly. Please refer to the registration and housing page for reservation information.

Taxi/Shuttle Service

All hotels in our housing block are located 20-30 minutes from Logan International Airport. Taxi fare is approximately $20.00-$25.00 each way. Shared van service to and from Boston Logan is generally available every day from early morning until after midnight. Shuttle fare is on average $14.00 each way.

Rental Car Information

Hertz is offering special rates for the 2009 AAMC Annual Meeting. The rates are effective one week before and one week after the meeting dates.
