The 5th SMDEP Annual Grantee meeting convenes the Robert Wood Johnson
Foundation representatives, the National Program Office staff, the
12 program sites' leadership and key staff, and members of the National
Advisory Committee to review the past year's program activities
and plan for the upcoming year. The meeting is intended to accomplish
the following goals:
- Disseminate information about the Foundation's program expectations
- Provide updates on NPO activities and policies and procedures
to support the 12 programs
- Share information on effective program practices
- Discuss and address issues impacting program sites
- Serve as a venue for relationship building between the Foundation
representatives, the NPO staff, and the program sites' leadership
and staff
Sessions will include information the program's reauthorization,
the health policy component, alumni initiatives, and interactive
activities and break out discussion groups.
