About TeamWorks!
The AAMC TeamWorks! program
is a six-month longitudinal experience in team process and team dynamics. The

to enhance the leadership skills of team members and boost productivity of organizational
change teams. Participants actively participate in program workshops and work
in "team learning groups" to practice application of newly learned principles
of effective teamwork. The success of the program is measured by the degree of
improvement in function and outcomes of the teams of participants.
