Requesting Authorizations

Please contact the office or person who assists with your 4th year schedule (e.g. student affairs office/visiting student coordinator) at your home school with your request for authorizations.

Application Requirements

Some host institutions may require additional documentation to supplement the VSAS application. We recommend you utilize the "Schools" tab in VSAS to review each host institution's application requirements.

If you wish to contact the host institution directly, the student contact at each host institution can be found by using your VSAS "Schools" tab.

Status of Submitted Applications

Click on your Applications tab once you are logged in to the software. Each submitted application is listed here and its current status is displayed.

For all other questions, please contact the Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS).

If your question is not addressed in the Frequently Asked Questions or Resources sections, please visit Using VSAS for detailed information about the VSAS application process.

E-mail

Questions may be sent directly to the VSAS Help Desk via e-mail at vsas@aamc.org.
