Tips for Contacting the MCAT Resource Center

Try again

If you are on hold more than a few minutes, please hang up and try again. Our average, wait time most days is about three minutes. In August and September and on registration opening days, the wait can be a few minutes longer. If you are on hold for more than five minutes, please hang up and try again, helping us to remove the logjams that occur from time to time.

If you have an urgent question, call rather than e-mail

We'll be happy to respond to your e-mail, but we may need up to 48 hours to get back to you. If you need an answer faster, please call us. This tip is especially important on deadline days, since we cannot extend deadlines for any reason.

Contact us early

We strongly advise that you register before a deadline, and if you happen to be registering on a deadline day, please do so during our business hours. If you experience any problems with your registration after business hours, we'll be happy to help you the next business day, but we will not be able to extend deadlines.
