How to register for a site outside of the United States

When searching for test sites, use the following method:

1. At the Date/Test Site Availability tab, click the "Search by State or Country" link.
2. Select your test date from the drop down menu.
3. Select the "Country" option from the drop down menu.
4. Continue with registration as normal.
