The AAMC Dec. 4 submitted comments to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on a proposed rule revising several parts of the Guidance for Grants and Agreements (Uniform Guidance).
The Uniform Guidance is located in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and the proposed changes are intended to further clarify and update guidance to federal agencies on the consistent and efficient use of federal financial assistance.
The AAMC’s letter focused on proposed language around facilities and administrative costs, intangible property, and Other Transaction Authorities.
