Toussaint is fueled by her passion for building resiliency within communities while improving the health and well-being of others. During her internship at the AAMC, she will research policy proposals related to AI in medical education, write reports on relevant hearings, and work on other projects on health-related issues impacting AAMC constituents.

Following her graduation, Toussaint hopes to continue health policy and advocacy work, potentially as a governmental relations associate or policy analyst. She also plans to attend graduate school for a master’s degree in public health.
