This data snapshot pulls data from the 2017-2021 cohort of the AAMC StandPoint Faculty Engagement Survey analyzing the open responses to the question “What additional benefits would you like your medical school to offer?” The analysis shows lower faculty satisfaction with compensation and benefits among respondents who provided additional feedback to the open question. The common additional benefits are identified and the top five desired benefits are discussed.
