Events for Suppliers

Here are some of the events the AAMC will host for prospective suppliers. Specific time and dates will be provided when available:

• Prospective Supplier Meet and Greet. This recurring event, hosted multiple times a year in conjunction with certifying agencies, serves as a platform for prospective suppliers to learn about the AAMC and its Supplier Diversity program.
• Supplier Registration Training. This training will be provided as needed and participants will be guided through the supplier self-registration process, necessary documentation, and instructed on using the supplier portal for tasks such as updating contact and banking information and submitting invoices for payment.
• Request For Proposal (RFP) Training. This training will be provided as needed and is tailored to suppliers identified for an upcoming RFP. The training includes a comprehensive overview of the AAMC RFP process, including our operational tools and systems. Additionally, breakout sessions may be conducted with the respective AAMC business team to delve deeper into specific contract requirements, focusing on desired skill sets and expectations.
