    New Member Toolkit

The GFA New Member Toolkit (PDF) is a set of short, practical articles written to help anyone whose work involves supporting the faculty and culture of academic medical centers. The target audience is typically the faculty and staff who work in Faculty Affairs/Faculty Development offices. Each article is intended to give the reader an overview of the topic and practical ways to move the work forward in one’s home institution. The authors are either GFA members or collaborators who have mutual interests.

    AAMC Faculty Roster Data Resource

The AAMC Faculty Roster data resource is available for members to maintain institutional faculty roster data by working with the AAMC Faculty Roster team. The annual U.S. Medical School Faculty Report is a set of tables and trend analyses that answer common questions about the national distribution of full-time faculty. The information is displayed by various characteristics such as department, rank, degree, tenure status, gender, and race/ethnicity. Use the Member Directory to search for a specific AAMC-member institution.
